Delivery Information for mail order items
Delivery times
We aim to deliver all items within 3-7 days. We will endevour to notify if any further delays are likely ie. stock issues, busy periods etc
Post out days
We have 3 days in the week that items are posted out Monday,Wednesday and Friday. The weekends are not counted as working days and we will process orders at the start of the working week if placed on those days.
Urgent orders
If an item is needed urgently please call before placing an order to ensure we can fullfil your needs.
Missing/delayed items
Items are sent in strong postal tube/boxes or reinforced envelopes via Royal mail recorded delivery. Due to human error things do sometimes go missing or get delayed. Please allow a at least 7 days before contacting us. You can track your order status here
